Norton Park In this project a listed building, which was previously a secondary school, was converted into offices for the Voluntary Sector. The project addressed issues such as work practices during construction, low toxicity materials, low resource use (e.g. rainwater retention tank), biodiversity (e.g. bat boxes), renewable energy sources (passive solar gain) and social sustainability (3 community businesses have been formed to serve the building occupants).
