Michael founded the Michael Laurie Architects (MLA) practice in 2005, after 16-year career, learning the “trade”, working on large scale projects in the Commercial and Public Sector. At the age of 40, the time was right for a new challenge. Over the last 16 years MLA’s workload has greatly expanded, and its reputation grown with the body of Justice Sector clients. As of today, a tried and tested series of collaborations with other small practices exists that consistently delivers an excellent service to our clients. The range of skills we can offer has also added another dimension to our appeal. From Future ways of Working, 3D Visualisation to Principal Designer’s our team is now capable of taking on large projects.
